2.Electric scooter liideway Return without reason
a. Within 7 days from the time of delivery and receipt from the warehouse, the electric scooter liideway has no use trace and does not affect the secondary shelf sales support; There are traces of use that affect the secondary sales. Unjustified return is not supported.
b. For return without reason, the buyer shall pay for each piece: logistics fee (shipping and return freight), inspection fee, packaging fee (including packaging materials), shelf fee and operation fee. And before sending, affix the label sheet as required. If the buyer (e-commerce) causes damage to the package on the way back, all losses shall be borne by the buyer.
C.Before returning goods without reason, the buyer needs to provide photos and videos in advance
3.Product after-sales problems
a. If there are non-human factors affecting the quality of the riding function within 5 days from the time of sending and receiving the goods from the warehouse, it is allowed to return the goods. The description of the quality problem is not true and does not support this regulation.
b. If parts have been reissued to the buyer due to product quality problems, it is deemed that the buyer has accepted its own repair. In this case, return is no longer allowed.
c.If you need to return the goods in accordance with the return requirements, please notify us one working day in advance, and provide accurate return information including: name, address, contact number, e-mail address and return order number.
d. The buyer should provide accurate delivery address information. If the package delivery fails and is returned to the warehouse due to the buyer's wrong delivery information, the courier can't contact the buyer, the receiving place has access control and other abnormalities, the buyer should bear the operation cost of returning to the warehouse.
e.If any information is changed after the order number comes out, the express company will have to charge (there is a risk of changing the order. After changing the information, the delivery may not be successful. Please confirm the receipt information before placing the order).
4.Precautions for returning packages
a.The buyer (e-commerce) needs to clean the electric scooter in advance, especially the frame, handle, front and rear wheels, rear cover and other positions. After cleaning, please take clear photos and send back (the amount of refund will be affected if the car is not cleaned).
b. Please return all accessories and instructions.
c.Please print out the return slip and paste it on the outer box (the return slip must cover the original delivery express slip), and arrange to take photos on six sides of the package outer line to prevent the express from being returned to the shipper midway due to the abnormal scanning of the express.
d. The buyer (e-commerce) must send the returned goods and provide the delivery certificate within 7 working days from the date of receiving the return order. If the goods are returned after the time limit, the buyer (e-commerce) has the right to refuse the refund request of the buyer (e-commerce).
e. For the return of goods by door-to-door pickup, the buyer (e-commerce) must make an appointment to deliver the package to the courier and provide the delivery certificate within 7 working days from the day when it is confirmed that it meets the return requirements. The buyer (e-commerce) has the right to refuse the refund request of the overdue delivery package. If the time of the buyer (e-commerce) is not allowed, it is suggested to return the goods through self-delivery outlets.
f.After delivering the returned package to the courier, please keep the delivery certificate signed by the courier (the second page of the return sheet), and take photos to return it (if you encounter a lost package, you need a delivery certificate to claim compensation).
5.After-sale terms
a. Slight scratches on the body are not product quality problems. If the buyermind, please place the order carefully.
b.The greenway scooter does not provide a road certificate. Please place your order carefully.
c. During the warranty period, Greenway will provide accessories free of charge, and the buyer will bear the maintenance cost and freight;
During the warranty period, if the buyer damages or refits the parts during use, the buyer shall bear the parts cost, maintenance cost and freight. The specific evaluation criteria shall be subject to the confirmation of the instrument mileage, vehicle video and photos provided by the buyer
6.The product warranty period is as follows:;
A.If the scooter has quality problems when signing for receipt, please give feedback within 5 days from the date of signing for receipt on the logistics display, and compensate the corresponding parts. The overdue feedback shall be borne by the buyer at his own expense.
B.When the logistics information shows the receipt, but the buyer does not receive the goods, please give feedback within 5 days from the date of the receipt of the logistics information, and give a reissue or refund. The overdue feedback shall be borne by the buyer at his own expense.

C.If the buyer is given free replacement parts and discount compensation, it is deemed that the buyer has accepted the risk of repair. In this case, the buyer will no longer enjoy the return service. Please use the compensation terms carefully.
D.If the package is found to be damaged, the buyer should take photos of the package before unpacking (the damaged part must be clear, and the photos should also clearly show the information of the express delivery sheet), and then take photos of the product after unpacking. In this case, the claim to the logistics may not be successful, and the buyer is advised not to provide the contactless delivery address as far as possible.
7.Exemption clause
A.The use of non-original parts will not guarantee the damage caused by vehicle modification.
B.Damage caused by violent use or destruction is not guaranteed.
C. Damage caused by traffic accidents, natural disasters and war is not guaranteed.
D.Damage caused by water ingress and soaking is not guaranteed.
E.If parts are damaged due to unstable voltage.
F.Parts that have passed the warranty period are not guaranteed.
